Share
Description
There are multiple ways you can share a macro, you can share it with specific people or share it with an entire team. Follow the steps below if you do not know how to share a macro yet.
Access limitations
- You will not be able to
share
a macro if you only have aread
orwrite
access level.
Share via email
- Open a macro
- Click on the share button at the top right corner in the macro studio
- a Modal will pop up with the option to
Add item
- Add a
email
- Select the
access
level - Click
Continue
Email access levels
- Read: Allows you to only be able to run a macro
- Write: Allows you to be able to alter the process
- Manage: Allows you full access to the macro
Share with an entire team
- Open a macro
- Click on the share button at the top right corner in the macro studio
- a Modal will pop up with the option to
Add item
- Select a
team
- Select the
access
level - Click
Continue
Team access levels

- Write: Allows the team to be able to alter the process
- Manage: Allows the team full access to the macro
Change access level
- Open a macro
- Click on the share button at the top right corner in the macro studio
- a Modal will pop up with multiple tabs on the left hand side
- Click on the
Manage access
tab - Alter the
access level
- Then you will be given a option to
confirm

- Click
Confirm
Remove access level
- Open a macro
- Click on the share button at the top right corner in the macro studio
- a Modal will pop up with multiple tabs on the left hand side
- Click on the
Manage access
tab - Remove the
user
orteam
by clicking on the cross button. - Then you will be given a option to
confirm

- Click
Confirm
