Share

Description

There are multiple ways you can share a macro, you can share it with specific people or share it with an entire team. Follow the steps below if you do not know how to share a macro yet.

Access limitations

  • You will not be able to share a macro if you only have a read or write access level.

Share via email

  1. Open a macro
  2. Click on the share button at the top right corner in the macro studio

  3. a Modal will pop up with the option to Add item

  4. Add a email
  5. Select the access level
  6. Click Continue

Email access levels

  • Read: Allows you to only be able to run a macro
  • Write: Allows you to be able to alter the process
  • Manage: Allows you full access to the macro

Share with an entire team

  1. Open a macro
  2. Click on the share button at the top right corner in the macro studio

  3. a Modal will pop up with the option to Add item

  4. Select a team
  5. Select the access level
  6. Click Continue

Team access levels

  • Read: Allows the team to only be able to run a macro
  • Write: Allows the team to be able to alter the process
  • Manage: Allows the team full access to the macro

Change access level

  1. Open a macro
  2. Click on the share button at the top right corner in the macro studio
    revoke
  3. a Modal will pop up with multiple tabs on the left hand side

  4. Click on the Manage access tab
  5. Alter the access level
  6. Then you will be given a option to confirm or cancel

  7. Click Confirm

Remove access level

  1. Open a macro
  2. Click on the share button at the top right corner in the macro studio
    revoke
  3. a Modal will pop up with multiple tabs on the left hand side

  4. Click on the Manage access tab
  5. Remove the user or team by clicking on the cross button.
  6. Then you will be given a option to confirm or cancel

  7. Click Confirm
